Sexual Health in Plymouth (SHiP) services are free of charge and every venue is staffed by our friendly team of specialist doctors, nurses, health advisers, support workers and receptionists.
How our services are affected by Coronavirus (Covid-19)
To protect the public and NHS staff, we are replacing most face to face appointments with telephone calls.
SHiP services at Zone and Cumberland Centre are now closed. All work is being coordinated from SHiP Derriford.
This does not mean that The Zone is closed. Please check their website for details of their operating status.
Please do not come into clinic. Walk-in services are not operating.
A limited number of staff are still here to help and provide urgent services. Please call 01752 431124 to speak to us.
This situation is creating an increased demand on the phone system, so please do keep trying. We appreciate your patience.
Please go to our homepage for more information.
You are welcome to visit us, whatever your age, ethnicity, gender and sexual orientation, wherever you live. You don’t need a GP referral to visit us.
Our services are confidential and your privacy will be respected at all times.
Services we provide
You should see your GP for your routine cervical smear. We have very limited capacity to do this.
Out of hours
In an emergency outside clinic hours, please use this Emergency Department Finder to locate your nearest A&E Department.
